Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our Peach Balsamic does undergo the cooking and barrel-aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Italy but is not caramelized; therefore, it retains its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy.
Extremely adaptable, pair it with an Extra Virgin Olive Oil or a flavored Olive Oil for a light, tart vinaigrette.
Pairs well with any of our Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as Flavored Olive Oils listed below.
