MUFFINS: Fat-Free Cranberry Coconut Muffins
- 1 package cranberry-orange muffin mix
- 4 ounces weight watchers whipped cream cheese spread
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cranberry-Pear Balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Balsamic
- Prepare muffin mix as directed using 1 tablespoon Cranberry Balsamic and 1 tablespoon Coconut Balsamic as part of 1 cup liquid.
- Add 1/2 cup flaked coconut.
- Add drained cranberries.
- Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
- Bake approximately 12 minutes.
