Ingredients
- ½ cup raw pecans, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup (divided) Garlic Olive Oil
- 1½ pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced, seeds removed
- sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon White A-Premium Balsamic
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
Directions
- Preheat oven to 4250F.
Heat the pecans, ¼ cup Garlic Premium Olive Oil, and salt in a medium pot over medium heat. Cook, swirling occasionally until the pecans are toasted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside. - Place the green beans and lemon on a rimmed baking sheet, and drizzle enough Garlic Premium Olive Oil to lightly coat. Season with salt and pepper. Roast, tossing once or twice, until they've started to char and brown in spots, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Combine the mustard, White A-Premium Balsamic, and 1 tablespoon Garlic Premium Olive Oil in a large bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Add the green beans and lemon and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter, top with pecans and dill, and serve immediately.
