SALMON: Maple-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon fillet
- 4 tablespoons Maple Balsamic
- 2 tablespoons whole-grained mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 450°.
- In a small bowl, mix together Maple Balsamic, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Marinade salmon in mixture for 30 minutes or longer.
- Place salmon on second rimmed baking sheet and pour extra marinade on salmon.
- Roast on the top rack until opaque throughout, 6 to 8 minutes.
