SALMON: Maple-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon fillet
  • 4 tablespoons Maple Balsamic
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grained mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Maple Balsamic, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Marinade salmon in mixture for 30 minutes or longer.
  4. Place salmon on second rimmed baking sheet and pour extra marinade on salmon.
  5. Roast on the top rack until opaque throughout, 6 to 8 minutes.
