POPSICLES: Blueberries & Balsamic Gourmet Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 2+ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2-4 tablespoons Lavender Balsamic

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until fruit is mostly blended. Taste and add more fruit or vinegar as desired and continue to puree slightly.
  2. Transfer mixture to popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for the liquid to expand. Add sticks or tops, ten place molds in the freezer. Freeze for several hours or until fully frozen.
