POPSICLES: Blueberry & Balsamic Gourmet Popsicles

- 1 can coconut cream
- 2+ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2-4 tablespoons Lavender Balsamic
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until fruit is mostly blended. Taste and add more fruit or vinegar as desired and continue to puree slightly.
- Transfer mixture to popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for the liquid to expand. Add sticks or tops, ten place molds in the freezer. Freeze for several hours or until fully frozen.
