COOKIE: Blood Orange Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter (flavor) Olive Oil
- ½ cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease cookie sheets.
- In large bowl, mix Butter Premium Olive Oil, Blood Orange Premium Olive
Oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. - In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt,
cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir into the sugar Olive Oil mixture. Mix in
the oats and cranberries last. - Scoop a spoonful (rounded) onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to
cool on baking sheet for 5-6 minutes and enjoy.
