TAPENADE: Olive Tapenade

  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 cup roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and drained
  • 1 teaspoon Tuscan Herb Olive Oil


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

* Serve on toasted baguette or cucumber slices with goat cheese.  Yum!
