TAPENADE: Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1 cup roasted garlic cloves
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and drained
- 1 teaspoon Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
* Serve on toasted baguette or cucumber slices with goat cheese. Yum!
