SALAD: Caprese Salad with Balsamic



  • grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • fresh basil leaves
  • mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • use Traditional Balsamic


  1. On a toothpick (fun and frilly, if you like), place a half tomato, basil leaf, and a cube of mozzarella cheese.
  2. Drizzle Traditional Balsamic on serving dish, tray or mirror; place the tomato/basil leaf/mozzarella tooth picks on top of balsamic.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of basil leaves.
