SALAD: Caprese Salad with Balsamic
- grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- fresh basil leaves
- mozzarella cheese, cubed
- use Traditional Balsamic
- On a toothpick (fun and frilly, if you like), place a half tomato, basil leaf, and a cube of mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle Traditional Balsamic on serving dish, tray or mirror; place the tomato/basil leaf/mozzarella tooth picks on top of balsamic.
- Garnish with a sprig of basil leaves.
