HUMMUS: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Try with our Tuscan Herb Pita Chips!
- 1 can no-salt garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
- 1/4 cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 whole roasted red pepper
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- sea salt, to taste
- ground pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Puree until smooth and creamy.
