CHIPS: Tuscan Herb Pita Chips
Great with our Roasted Red Pepper Hummus!
- 2 whole wheat pitas
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- sea salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400o.
- Cut pita into roughly 2” square pieces. Spread onto a baking sheet or jelly roll pan. Drizzle with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, then toss to coat. Sprinkle liberally with sea salt.
- Bake for 13-28 minutes, or until golden brown, tossing 2 to 3 times to prevent burning. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before serving.
