SALAD: Grilled Citrus Chicken with a Chopped Salad

  • Chicken:
  • Two boneless chicken breasts, butterflied
  • amount you would like of Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • Basiks Key West Citrus Spice Blend (available at our store)
  • Salad:
  • cucumbers
  • red onion
  • carrots
  • radishes
  • yellow peppers
  • grape tomatoes
  • avocado
  • feta cheese (or blue cheese or goat cheese)


1. Drizzle the chicken with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Key West Citrus Spice Blend.
2. Grill until done.

1. Combine fresh veggies.
2. Combine equal amounts of Oil and Balsamic and drizzle over veggies. 
3. Toss with feta cheese.
4. Slice grilled citrus chicken and serve on top of chopped salad.
