VINAIGRETTE: Honey Ginger Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon finely minced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup Honey-Ginger Balsamic
  • 2/3 cup Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil (your choice)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add the Honey-Ginger Balsamic, salt, pepper, mustard and shallot to the blender.  Pulse a few times to mix.  
  2. Slowly pour in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil while the blender is running to emulsify the mixture.
