PESTO: Walnut Pesto
Condiments and Sauces
Ingredients
- 3 cups basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons walnuts
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt to taste
Directions
- Puree the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve immediately as a bread dipper or pasta sauce, or cover and refrigerate.
