  1. Prepare muffin mix as directed using 1 tablespoon Cranberry Balsamic and 1 tablespoon Coconut Balsamic as part of 1 cup liquid.
  2. Add 1/2 cup flaked coconut.
  3. Add drained cranberries.
  4. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
  5. Bake approximately 12 minutes.
