Only a handful of producers in the world use the method known as denocciolato which removes the pit or "stone" prior to crush, thus increasing phenolic content and resulting in a more balanced and harmonious oil. Denocciolato is the ultimate expression of the fruit without any barrier imposed by the stone. This high phenol Chetoui is extremely balanced with surprising (almost unknown) flavors, an incredible fruit-forward nose, and a super clean finish!
